Business Coach & Leadership Consultant
Jeff Spaletta is a Business Consultant and Leadership Coach based in Phoenix, AZ.  Spaletta isa available for in-person and remote coaching and consulting sessions.  He has worked with startups and established small businesses in the sports industry.  Spaletta’s leadership roles have included managing a curling club, as well as basketball and volleyball teams.  In his free time, Spaletta is passionate about competing in golf tournaments.  The entrepreneur hopes to work towards launching a sports startup in golf in the near future.

Jeff Spaletta is passionate about volunteering and community engagement.  He has previously took on leadership roles as a volunteer for charity golf events and tournaments that benefit youth sports organizations.  Spaletta is proud to call on a 10+ year knowledge base of experience acquired through roles in operations and business leadership in his volunteer work with nonprofit organizations.  In particular, Spaletta specializes in team building and human capital: two major pillars of any successful charitable event!
